GST Offers Students access to the Best Tae Kwon-Do Competitions Nationally, run by GST and various other Tae Kwon-Do organisations throught Ireland. These competitions will give students the chance to gain valuable experiance need to compete in International Tournaments and give students a chance to improve their Sparring & Patterns technique, and last but not least Students get the change to meet new & exciting people from all aroung Ireland!

What do I need to Enter a National Competition?
You will need a GST Approved Dobuk (TKD Suit) which is avilable from your GST Instructor
You will need the correct Protective Sparring Equipment ie. Hand & Foot Pads, Head Guard, Gum Sheild etc.which are avilable from your GST Instructor
And last the desire to be the best you can be when you enter the ring!!!

Remember GST Squad Training starts Sept 4th (Sun) final registeration for Sqaud Training is Sept 11th(sun)
If you are interested in becoming a Squad Memeber or going to Squad training to improve your overall fitness and technique,
Pick up a registeration form off your GST Instructor before registeration finishes on Sept 11th 2005
